Capital Property Care LLC designs and builds personalized custom backyard “getaway” sheds creating a truly inspiring unique personal experience devoted to customer centricity within the Capital Region of New York. We focus on adding natural and human dimension to and within our environment helping us feel calmer and happier.

We make great effort to reuse and recycle building material to construct each custom personal space. Community members within the Capital District are very supportive to our cause and donate items such as old doors, windows, and lumber. We are fortunate to have such great neighbors within our community who support all our values and want nothing more than to see this business succeed. We are also a member of the Albany Historic Foundation and the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store where we purchase additional “used” material as needed. We also offer the option to meet with customers at these facilities to shop together and allow them to pick out their own doors, windows, or anything they find that they want to incorporate into their space.

We also offer additional features to each shed such as interior finishing, garden paths, landscape features, garden boxes, custom carpentry, furniture, decorative items and storage solutions.

Our goal and mission is to bring joy and happiness into people’s lives by creating whatever “it is” that will help connect “you” to “you”.

Our core value is not selling sheds, but creating space that each customer needs to connect or re-connect with themselves. We focus primarily on the customer’s “need” for their own private space. The entire process from the very first interaction with the customer until final completion is encompassed around positive energy, joy, happiness, inspiration, excitement, mindfulness and wellness.

Capital Property Care started while the founder was designing and building his own personal space to practice mindfulness and to find his true internal happiness and values. Before his own project was complete, he realized he wanted nothing more in life than to help others with the opportunity to find their true joy and happiness as well. That was his vision.
